Do I need an account to place an order?
No account is necessary — all you need is a valid email address to place and track orders. However, creating an ITALICA account allows you to check out faster, save your wishlist, and receive order updates.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click the Forgot Your Password? link on the Sign In page and enter your email address. You’ll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
How can I sign up for ITALICA email updates?

How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy: 1. Browse by category using the top navigation menu. 2. Select your item and click Add to Bag. 3. When you're ready, proceed to checkout. 4. Sign in to your account or continue as a guest. 5. Enter your shipping, billing, and payment information. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll carefully prepare and ship it to you.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You may be able to cancel items before they are prepared for shipment. To check, go to Orders & Returns in your account. If you ordered as a guest, you can manage your order here. Please note: Items cannot be added to an existing order. To purchase additional pieces, simply place a new order. Visit our Orders & Delivery page for more details.
