Returns and refunds

As always, we gladly accept returns of new, unused merchandise accompanied by a receipt free of charge. Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. We will accommodate a one-time price adjustment on full-price items within 10 days. We do not exchange items.

Refund Policy

You will receive an email confirmation once we receive your return, and you can expect your refund within 10 business days of that communication — issued in the form of the original payment. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for your account to be credited. Shipping and return are paid by the buyer. We only refund the full cost of items.

 

Merchandise must meet our requirements for return:

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included
  • Final-sale items cannot be returned.
  • Worn, altered, dirty or washed items cannot be returned.
  • Final sale items cannot be returned unless the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you
  • Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective box when returned
  • When trying on footwear, please do not mark the soles or damage the shoe box
  • Jewelry must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and documents provided with it
  • We reserve the right to deny a refund if returned merchandise does not meet our requirements

Please be careful when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

 

Shipping Errors & Damaged Products

 

Your happiness with your order is our number one priority. In the unlikely event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace it or accept it for a full refund at our expense within 14 days of the date of purchase. We will provide a prepaid UPS shipping label to expedite returns within the U.S.

For your convenience, we offer free returns within the continental U.S. Start your return or exchange online by visiting italica.com/returns. You can either: (1) print your UPS prepaid return shipping label, or (2) have UPS print it for you when you bring your return code to a UPS location. Next, package your item(s) and your packing slip.
