Delivery
1. Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

U.S. territories (delivery times may vary)
Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street address.
5. Delivery Attempts
UPS will make up to three delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after the final attempt, the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
7. Delays and Exceptions
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:
Weather conditions
Natural disasters
Customs clearance (for international orders)
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by UPS or circumstances beyond our control.
9. Signature Requirements
Some deliveries may require a signature upon receipt, especially for high-value orders. This will be communicated during the checkout process or in your shipping confirmation.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (depending on destination).
Expedited Options: 2-Day or Next-Day shipping available at checkout (where applicable).
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Processing time is typically 1–2 business days before shipment.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

Delivery destination
Selected shipping speed
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your UPS tracking number. You can track your package at any time via www.ups.com
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date. We will work with UPS to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
