HOW TO SHOP AND PLACE AN ORDER

Do I need an account to place an order?

No account is necessary — all you need is a valid email address to place and track orders. However, creating an ITALICA account allows you to check out faster, save your wishlist, and receive order updates.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Click the Forgot Your Password? link on the Sign In page and enter your email address. You’ll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

How can I sign up for ITALICA email updates?

Stay in the loop with our latest arrivals, style tips, and exclusive promotions by subscribing at the bottom of our homepage. You can update your preferences anytime in your account settings.

How do I place an order?

Placing an order is easy: 1. Browse by category using the top navigation menu. 2. Select your item and click Add to Bag. 3. When you're ready, proceed to checkout. 4. Sign in to your account or continue as a guest. 5. Enter your shipping, billing, and payment information. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll carefully prepare and ship it to you.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You may be able to cancel items before they are prepared for shipment. To check, go to Orders & Returns in your account. Please note: Items cannot be added to an existing order. To purchase additional pieces, simply place a new order. Visit our Orders & Delivery page for more details.

How much does delivery cost?

Shipping fees vary based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Your exact delivery fee will be shown at checkout.

When will I receive my order? Can I track it?

Once confirmed, your order ships within 2 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location and chosen shipping method. You’ll receive an email with tracking details and an estimated delivery date. You can also track your order via your Orders & Returns page.

Will I need to pay duties or taxes?

Sales tax is charged on orders shipped within the U.S.

Where can I find your size guide?

You’ll find our Size Guide above the size selection on each product page. It includes conversion charts to help you choose the right fit.

How do I know how a piece will fit?

On the product page, click Description to view size and fit details, cut, model measurements, fabric composition, and care instructions.

What’s the difference between size, fit, cut, and material?

Size refers to the label size from the designer. Fit describes how the garment sits on the body. Cut refers to the overall shape or silhouette. Material is the fabric used and its composition. All of this is available in the product’s Description section.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Is there a limit to how many items I can add to my cart?

Some items may have purchase limits per customer within a set timeframe. If a limit applies, it will be clearly noted on the product page.
