Returns and refunds

Returns

We accept returns of new, unused merchandise with a receipt or order confirmation. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

We do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different size, color, or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Price adjustments

We offer a one-time price adjustment on full-price items within 10 days of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days of that email.

Please note:

  • Your bank or card issuer may take 1–2 billing cycles to post the credit to your account.
  • Refunds apply to the item price only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (see “Shipping Errors & Damaged/Defective Items”).

Return eligibility requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Returned unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged
  • All tags attached
  • Original packaging included
  • Items that are worn, altered, soiled, washed, or damaged are not eligible

Final-sale items

Final-sale items cannot be returned.

Final-sale items may only be returned if they arrive damaged or defective.

Footwear & accessories

  • Must be returned with original branded boxes and dust bags (if provided).
  • Branded boxes must be placed inside a protective shipping box.
  • When trying on footwear, please avoid marking the soles or damaging the shoe box.

Jewelry

Must be returned in the same condition it arrived, including all branded packaging and any documents provided.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or deny refunds if returned merchandise does not meet these requirements. Please try on purchases carefully and return them in the same condition you received them.

Shipping errors & damaged/defective items

If we shipped the wrong item, or your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. If approved, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at our expense, including return shipping for the affected item(s).

How to start a return

  1. Initiate your return through our online return process (from the link below or through your account dashboard).
  2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
  3. Pack your item securely, including your packing slip or order information.
  4. Ship your return.
  5. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Refunds are issued only after items are received and inspected.
  • We do not refund shipping fees or return shipping costs (except in cases of our error).
