Striped Sheer Art Print Blouse

The third piece from our Art Collection — a sheer ivory blouse with a fine tonal stripe and dramatic balloon sleeves. Distinct from the cotton tees: this one moves like silk and is meant to be layered over a slip or camisole. Photographs as a quiet piece in person; reads as elevated up close.

Fabric & feel

Lightweight Italian viscose-blend voile with a woven tonal stripe — the stripe is in the weave, not printed. Approximately 70gsm. The voile is sheer enough to read as airy but holds its shape on the body. Buttoned front placket with mother-of-pearl-style buttons.

Fit & sizing

Relaxed through the body with statement balloon sleeves gathered at the cuff. Buttons up the front with a small mandarin-style collar. Sits at the hip on a 5'7" model. The balloon sleeves are intentionally voluminous — size to your true measurement, the volume is the point.

How to wear it

Layer over a slip top or fitted camisole in a contrasting tone (black, navy, blush). Pair with high-waist cream trousers and tan slingbacks for a sharp boutique-pickup look. The sleeves work best with simple bottoms; avoid more volume below the waist.

Care

Hand-wash cold or gentle machine cycle in a mesh bag. Iron the cuffs and collar on low; the sleeves crush easily, so steam from the inside while still slightly damp. Hang on a padded hanger — do not fold (creases the sheer fabric).
